Our sales consultants are often the first human interaction that a prospect has with our brand. We’re looking for a highly professional, empathetic, and engaging personality who has the ability to listen, guide, and inspire our prospects.

By working for us, you represent our brand and must demonstrate a high level of understanding of high-ticket sales, service capacity, and understanding of the online space.

At Ingrid Arna we DON’T DO PUSHY SALES. We have a streamlined sales process that we’ll train you in based on our method, ⓒ THE CURRENCY OF CONNECTION.

We serve coaches, thought leaders, authors, service providers, wellness experts, branding experts, copywriters, and anyone else working in the online space who wants to rapidly build their presence and revenue.

Are you an ideal fit?

Hours - as we have a global database you get to set your hours of availability for calls bookings. We have a requirement of being available a minimum of 30 hours a week for us to commit our resources to training and inducting a team member.

Responsibilities:

Full time role (38 hours per week).

Maintain lead data in our database.

Nurturing new warm leads in our community to progress your sales calls.

Perform exceptional sales calls using our scripting and processes.

Display a high level of professionalism, emotional IQ, and passion for the uprising of women in business.

Live and die by the CRM for diligent follow-up with prospects and reactivating their interest.

Daily and weekly reporting of your sales data.

Weekly participation in the sales team training and support other staff in their performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of sales and customer satisfaction experience, and specifically experience with high-ticket sales ($10K+).

50% minimum historical closing rate.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Skilled in developing relationships and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Ability to learn and work quickly and swiftly take action to implement new ideas.

Someone who brings their heart and passion to the job and always arrives focused and ready to serve.
